  • Achieves call goal expectations and ensures customer satisfaction through daily interactions, including solicitations, re-solicitations, account calls, new business calls, and face-to-face activities.
  • Builds relationships with counterpart interdepartmentally, with vendor partners, and competitive venues, and serves as a liaison with organizations to prospect for new business.
