Job Summary
The Design & Construction Services Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and administrative management of capital construction projects across the development and construction portfolio.
The incumbent works closely with the Preconstruction team, Construction team, Cost Controls Manager, Internal departments including Operations, Real Estate, IT, Security, Marketing departments, etc. and external consultants to ensure projects are organized, documented, and progress according to schedule and internal standards.
