Job Summary

  • The Business Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing the requirements and requests from the Documentary Trade business as well as identifying and assessing change needs.
  • Works in a collaborative and agile manner to create end to end functional flows, document user stories and refine (eg add Acceptance Criteria) and liaise with development teams to prioritise and deliver against the requirements.
