Job Summary
The Clinical Dietitian works closely with the interdisciplinary health care team to provide nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy that are integrated and compatible with the patient’s medical program goals and objectives.
Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy using established standards of care and practice protocol/guidelines.
Adheres to budget restraints, managing resources (time and materials) in a cost-effective manner.

Key Requirements
Registered Dietitian (RD) required
Florida Department of Health license required
Bachelor's degree required
Completion of didactic and supervised practice program required
At least one year of acute care experience preferred
Experience using Meditech, EMR, and CBORD preferred
Knowledgeable with National Research Council's RDAs
Experience calculating needs for pediatric, adult, and elderly patients preferred
