This role leads the development and delivery of learning, training, and welfare initiatives to foster a culture of continuous growth and well-being.
The incumbent is responsible for designing onboarding programs, monitoring training effectiveness through performance metrics, and managing digital learning platforms.
Staff will plan and execute welfare programs promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
