Pfizer is seeking a Director, Lyme Market Shaping Lead to develop and implement strategies for the introduction of a new Lyme disease vaccine in the U.S. This hybrid role requires extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing and project management, along with a strong understanding of vaccine market dynamics

Job Summary

  • This role will be accountable to shape and drive the strategy for providing protection against Lyme disease in the US.
  • The Director, Lyme Market Shaping Lead will play a critical role and be accountable for building the strategy and implementation of market development priorities to positively affect market dynamics, set-up the foundation for introduction of LB6V to enable vaccine uptake in high incidence areas.
  • The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years pharmaceutical experience
  • Master’s degree with 7+ years pharmaceutical experience
  • PhD/PharmD with 5+ years pharmaceutical experience
  • Strong understanding of US payer and vaccine reimbursement
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and leadership skills
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States
