Supervises and coordinates banquet servers to ensure prompt food service and high guest satisfaction, staying in contact with the host throughout the event.
Meets with clients and the Chef on Duty to review event details, menus, and timing, and inspects function space for cleanliness and ambiance.
Responsible for staff training, performance feedback, conflict resolution, and ensuring all closing duties are completed.
