  • Essential duties include maintaining employee records, assisting with form completion, preparing monthly nursing schedules, and consulting with nursing staff to address staffing and scheduling needs.
  • The role also involves attending committee meetings, assisting with CNAs interviews, and confirming license/certification for new hires.
