Must-have

  • Ph.D. in bioinformatics or related field
  • 5+ years industry bioinformatics experience
  • 3+ years medical device or IVD experience
  • Linux-based HPC or cloud computing expertise
  • Custom coding in at least three languages
  • Expertise in molecular biology and NGS genomics

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with NextFlow pipeline creation
  • AWS or similar cloud platform knowledge
  • Machine learning and AI application skills
  • Variant calling algorithm development experience

Key Requirements
