Job Summary
Be responsible for rubber lining manufacturing and quality control process building and improvement.
Coordinate with Engineering team on moulding process defining and continuous improvement, including tools development and operator skills training.
Collaborate with multiple teams including Rubber Product Manager, Sales, Customer Services, and Engineering on quotation and new contract assessment processes.
