Job Summary
The Regional Business Director is responsible for implementing/executing the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace.
This role will coach and manage the performance and competency development of Territory Managers and EP/ULS Clinical Account Specialists, and is responsible for developing and enhancing the clinical proficiency and certification of employees.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 5 years of professional work experience
Minimum of 3 years of Sales or Marketing experience in the US medical device industry
Minimum of 2 years of business experience in the Cardiac Electrophysiology or Cardiovascular industry preferred
Experience as a field trainer or project leadership
