Job Summary
This role manages the day-to-day operations of a very large assigned property including managing the team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
The position requires overseeing lease enforcement processes, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and other relevant laws.
