Salary
Base: $95,000 - $110,000 annually; Bonus: Eligible for annual performance-based bonus program; Benefits: Competitive salaries with immediate 401k match and full vesting

4+ years SMT-manufacturing experience
Capital equipment support and troubleshooting
Ability to read electrical schematics
Windows PC and server networking skills
Strong verbal and written communication

AutoCAD or similar design skills
Energetic and self-starting personality

Key Requirements
4-year B.S. degree in engineering or related discipline
4+ years of SMT-manufacturing related experience
Effective project planning and time management skills
MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
