Job Summary

  • Provides technical support during the installation and commissioning of KONE products, resolving issues to ensure compliance with safety, process, and quality requirements.
  • Responsible for remote and on-site support, product development piloting, method and tools development, and training local personnel.
  • Leads and evaluates a team of technical field support engineers, setting KPIs and ensuring quick response times for technical inquiries and training requests.
