The role involves collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing departments to ensure a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include brainstorming root causes of failures, generating cost reduction ideas, supervising product documentation, and providing technical solutions to internal/external customers.
