Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field
  • Seven years related experience
  • Experience with automated final assembly processes & equipment for Printed Circuit Board technologies
  • Experience with Injection Molding process, Injection Molding Tool Design for Manufacturing, SMED, and direct Mold Tooling Maintenance
  • Experience in the development and execution of designed experiments (DOE’s)
  • Team leadership skills
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with supporting PFMEA and control plans
  • Training in Green Belt / Black Belt Six Sigma with practical experience
  • Experience with industrial controls such as PLC’s and Robotics
  • Capable of reading mechanical CAD drawings with understanding of GD&T drafting principles
