Focus is a new service within the Crimson suite, designed to prioritize the development of executive function and leadership skills that drive academic, extracurricular, and personal success.
As an Execution Mentor, you’ll serve as a consistent accountability partner—meeting up to daily with students to help manage schedules, track assignments, and build momentum through hands-on support.
Success in This Role Means Collaborating effectively with Senior EF Coaches to help students achieve measurable improvements in self-management, communication, and leadership.
