Job Summary
The Front Line Sales Manager (FLSM) is responsible for maximising the performance of BeOne’s products across the UK and Ireland by implementing marketing and sales strategies and achieving defined sales targets.
The FLSM will build brand awareness, establish strong relationships with KOLs, prepare the commercial market for future product approvals, and manage a regional budget.
This role requires exceptional leadership to foster high performance, engagement, accountability, and behaviours consistent with BeOne’s values, while ensuring team compliance and ethical conduct.
