Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with exercise and mobility
Perform transfers and range of motion activities
Maintain resident personal hygiene and skin care
Complete charting of care provided
Report changes in resident condition to supervisors
Nice-to-have
Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Experience in long-term care facility preferred
Ability to serve in maintenance capacity for therapists
Knowledge and experience with PCC software
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
