Job Summary

  • The duties of this position are primarily focused on providing periodic audits of all service delivery settings, supporting the development and delivery of staff training curricula and service delivery systems, and providing oversight to the unit’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee.
  • Conducts periodic audits of all service delivery settings, service records, personnel, requirements, and review of services for each person supported to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements
