Apply systems engineering expertise to assist EMO in performing independent assessments of mission system readiness and planning readiness events.
Leverage the Aerospace ETG and Program Office "backplane" to collaborate across Group, Office, and Directorate boundaries to promote clean interfaces.

Background integrating program requirements, schedules, deliveries, and budget plans
