Job Summary

  • The Structures Shop Supervisor will lead and manage structural maintenance, repair, and minor construction activities across the installation — ensuring facility integrity, code/compliance adherence, timely preventive & corrective maintenance, and support to mission-critical operations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead the Structures Shop workforce (carpentry, masonry, roofing, metal fabrication, general structural trades).
  • Local Nationals (LN) personnel will receive benefits in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CLA) within the appropriate country location where they reside.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Turkish technical diploma or MYK-certified trade qualification
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Completed military service (male candidates)
