Must-have

  • Implementation Specialist certification in ServiceNow product suite
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and configuration
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow integrations including Integration Hub
  • Experience delivering complex technical solutions in consulting

Nice-to-have

  • ITIL Foundation certification v3 or v4
  • Mentoring junior architects and collaborative leadership
  • Knowledge of CSDM / CMDB business solutions
  • Agile and traditional delivery methodologies experience
  • Active engagement in global ServiceNow community
