Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Military test pilot school graduate
Flight test experience
Active DoD Secret clearance
Turbojet/turbofan/turboprop flight time
Nice-to-have
Engineering or technical master's degree
Familiarity with airborne radar systems
Government flight test organizations
Key Requirements
Bachelors of Science degree with 12 years or more of professional/military experience OR Master’s degree with 10 years or more professional/military experience
Pilot graduate of a military test pilot school
Minimum three years of test pilot experience
FAA Commercial Multi-Engine Land pilot certificate
FAA Second Class Medical
Minimum 1500 hours First Pilot or Primary flight time
Current ACTIVE DoD Secret clearance or higher
Background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation
Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR)
