As Manager you’ll be in a team of sustainability specialists responsible for shaping the Group-wide approach to nature, providing strategic advice based on specialist, technical nature knowledge, market insights and trends.

Salary
Base: £70,929 - £80,000; Bonus/Equity: Annual performance-related bonus and share schemes; Benefits: Pension up to 15%, wellbeing initiatives, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays

Key Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in nature or sustainable finance
Strong understanding of nature-related frameworks and policies
Experience in risk management or sustainable product development
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Experience working across teams with stakeholder management skills
