Job Summary

  • The role serves as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, custodians, and clients to provide day-to-day operations support.
  • Candidates must have thorough knowledge of the chargeback cycle and be able to resolve complex customer inquiries and escalated issues.
  • This position requires flexibility to work rotation shifts, permanent night shifts, and occasional weekends to support Pega releases and COB testing.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 2-4 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Willingness to work 24/7 shifts including nights
