Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from accredited law school
Admission to at least one U.S. state bar
Registration to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
7 years of relevant experience in patent law
Fluency in English reading, writing, and communication
