Job Summary

  • The F&I Specialist is responsible for achieving store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products and utilizing the reporting tools to run sales reports.
  • In store, one on one sales training with F&I Managers through live client facing sales modeling the Sym-Tech F&I process (Show me’s and sit in’s).
