Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • MD PharmD PhD or equivalent advanced degree
  • Minimum 3 years Medical Affairs experience in oncology
  • Fluent English and Italian language skills
  • Experience with clinical trial feasibility and site identification
  • Proven track record in developing medical plans

Nice-to-have

  • Prior involvement in product launches and lifecycle management
  • Experience interacting with Italian payers and HTA processes
  • Familiarity with digital health tools and omnichannel engagement
  • Strong analytical capabilities for RWE and HEOR data
  • Ability to synthesize complex clinical data into narratives

Key Requirements

  • Advanced clinical/scientific degree (MD, PharmD, PhD)
  • 3+ years Medical Affairs experience in oncology
  • GI oncology experience strongly preferred
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English
