Must-have
Bridge and highway structures inspection
Asset Management System (MAXIMO) utilization
Bridge Management System (BMS) data management
Structural condition assessment and reporting
Compliance with inspection and maintenance standards
Operations and Maintenance contracts experience
Nice-to-have
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of bridge inspection technologies
Risk-based inspection program development
Technical report preparation
Frequent travel within Qatar
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or equivalent experience
Proven experience in bridge and highway structures O&M contracts
Knowledge of structural behavior and deterioration mechanisms
Experience with MAXIMO and Bridge Management Systems
Familiarity with UK and Qatar structural maintenance standards
