Job Summary

  • The internship will focus on 3D simulation of the mixture preparation process in the engine, resulting in a quantitative assessment of fuel wall film formation and subsequent soot formation.
  • The intern will contribute by validating CFD models using measurement data from tests, and develop optimized designs for engine sprays, thermal units and heat exchangers to improve performance/efficiency and mitigate existing problems.
