The Delivering Deal Value (DDV) team operates as part of the wider Deals practise within PwC Bulgaria, functioning as an extension of the DDV UK team.
You will be working alongside your UK colleagues on a range of projects across different products, including Carve out and divestment support, M&A Integration, Operational due diligence, and Post-acquisition performance improvement.
