Salary
Base: $34.706 – $35.967 per hour; Bonus/Equity: $1.00/hour shift premium on 2nd or 3rd shift; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid vacation
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Advanced manual and CNC machine operation
Gas turbine part manufacturing experience
Fixture assembly and coordinate system setup
Precision measuring and quality control checks
Equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Nice-to-have
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement participation
Collaboration with engineers and programmers
Proactive attitude in fast-paced production environment
Experience with large milling machines and grinders
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Successful completion of 01X Advanced Machinist Assessment
Technical machinist program OR 1 year of relevant experience
Ability to work 2nd shift (3PM–11PM) including overtime
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
