workshop planning and quality control
safety regulations compliance (VCA, NEN 3140)
Nice-to-have
strategic development of workshop
building sustainable customer relationships
commercial insight and service quality
knowledge of energy technology
Key Requirements
HBO or MBO+ education level
Knowledge of digital and analog techniques
Leadership experience in a technical environment
VCA-VOL and NEN 3140 certification (or willingness to obtain)
