Salary
Pay Range: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE)

Treat residents as directed by Physical Therapist
Complete timely accurate compliant documentation
Maintain safe treatment environment protocols
Participate in resident care conferences
Communicate with interdisciplinary team regularly
Nice-to-have

Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
Proficiency with Net Health or PointClickCare EMR
Key Requirements
Associate Degree from accredited PTA program
Current active California PTA license
CPR certification required
