Must-have
Valid driver's license from state of residence
Available to work Monday through Saturday
Ability to travel 50-70% monthly
Strong knowledge of food safety practices
Excellent listening and communication skills
Nice-to-have
ServSafe certification preferred
CP-FS certification a plus
Ability to influence others with tact
Experience in autonomous working environments
Desire to coach and educate staff
