  • The GRC Business Analyst supports Synovus’ Governance, Risk and Compliance program by maintaining frameworks, supporting enterprise risk initiatives, and having a continuous improvement mindset.
  • This position participates in Archer related projects, is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements and translating them into effective solutions within the Archer platform.
  • The analyst is also responsible for coordinating testing, providing training and delivering effective communication adhering to change management control protocols, and ensuring ongoing compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
