Job Summary

  • The Event Staff are responsible for directing patrons to their seats for shows or events by demonstrating excellent customer service skills, responding promptly to customer needs and requests for service and assistance.
  • The successful candidate must be able to work independently and handle most questions without assistance, and efficiently and courteously answer questions concerning pricing, seating, events, facility layouts and amenities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays as needed.
