  • 5+ years' experience in facilities engineering or maintenance management
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Experience in vendor selection, negotiation, and management
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
