Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning resident discharge services.
  • The role requires ensuring sufficient staffing levels of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants to maintain quality care for all residents.

Key Requirements

  • Current unencumbered active RN license
  • Nursing degree from accredited college

  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
