Electronic and electro-mechanical assembly
Soldering and de-soldering SMT components
Use of hand and small power tools
Interpretation of schematics and wiring diagrams
Troubleshooting and repairing electronic units
Use of multimeters and oscilloscopes
Following safety procedures handling hazardous chemicals

Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
Experience with serial communications protocols
Microcontroller programming knowledge

Key Requirements
Bachelors or Associates degree or Vocational/Technical Certification
Minimum 10 years directly related experience or equivalent combination
Experience in welding highly preferred
Experience with PC Board electronics assembly
Knowledge of serial communications RS-232, RS-422/485
Ability to comply with safety and quality procedures
