Job Summary

  • Provide commercial legal services in a technology-enabled, data-driven corporate legal department for a fixed-term employment contract.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of customer facing and partner agreements, primarily complex software (including SaaS) and information licensing agreements.
