The position offers a salary starting from $38.65 per hour plus penalty rates, superannuation, and salary packaging benefits up to $15,899.

Must-have
Completion of Cert 4 or higher qualification
Current valid Driver's Licence required
Availability for rotating fortnightly roster
Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check
Nice-to-have
Experience in mental health field highly desirable
Lived experience of mental health or disability
Commitment to cultural safety and inclusivity
Interest in continuous service improvement
Strong relationship building skills
Key Requirements
Cert 4 or above in Mental Health, AOD, Community Services, or Social Science
Evidence of right to work in Australia
National Police Records Check and Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
COVID booster vaccination or valid medical exemption
