The role involves facilitating the primary link between child sponsors and children to ensure quality communications and managing sponsorship activities to contribute to Child Participation, Life Skills and Voice.
The position requires facilitating capacity building trainings on sponsorship standards and emerging practices to staff, children, community volunteers, and partners.

Working with children, Child Protection, Advocacy
Community development and engagement knowledge
Basic photography and videography skills
Willingness to travel 30% of the time
Effective written and verbal English communication
