Job Summary

  • Lead day to day production and quality control activities within the value stream cell while conforming to the company’s culture established by our CIRCLe values.
  • Oversee and support team in verifying accuracy of machine settings and detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting or escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist with identifying safety hazards in the workplace and correct/remove or escalate to Supervisor or appropriate party for correction.

  • Moderate PC standard software knowledge
  • Basic SAP knowledge

  • Solid CAM, Solidworks, Haas knowledge
  • Expert G code reading/editing
  • Advanced tool holder knowledge
  • Quality Management System and ISO 9001 knowledge
  • Safety and hazardous material regulations knowledge
  • Proficiency operating multiple machine types
  • Complete major set up for two or more machine types
  • Blueprint reading/geometric tolerance interpretation
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Independently load/unload, stock, change tools
  • Replace tools, preset tools, identify tool condition
  • Perform tool offsets
  • Fluent in English (oral and reading)
  • Punctual, willing to work shifts
  • Willing to work overtime
