Lamesa Healthcare is seeking a PRN Caregiver to provide routine daily care for residents, including assistance with personal care, reporting any changes in health, and maintaining a supportive environment. Candidates should have at least a high school education and demonstrate strong communication skills, as well as the ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
  • Record all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
  • Assist residents with daily functions (dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary).
