Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher and two (2) years of experience in Payroll, HR, or Finance
High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in Payroll, HR, or Finance
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation
Three (3) years of experience with payroll software
Three (3) years of experience with Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada Payroll knowledge
Five (5) years of experience with payroll systems
Two (2) years of experience leading a cross-functional team
