Job Summary
The Maintenance Engineer will provide installation and support of broadcast technical systems at the Indianapolis Fox/CBS studio, transmitter, and remote locations.
This position requires proficiency in general TCP/IP networking and a strong focus on RF transmission systems for over-the-air broadcast.
Candidates must be available to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays while responding to after-hours emergencies.

Must-have
Proficiency with PC workstations and servers
General TCP/IP networking experience
Broadcast and news technical systems knowledge
RF transmission systems expertise
Ability to read blueprints and CAD prints
High power RF transmitter facility safety compliance
Manual handling up to 50lbs and physical mobility
Nice-to-have
Experience with minor building maintenance tasks
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong verbal and digital communication skills
Polite composure under high-stress situations
Independence in troubleshooting remote locations
Key Requirements
Three to five years minimum maintenance experience in operational television broadcast facility
Valid Indiana drivers license required for parts pickup and remote site service
High school, vocational, or technical education or equivalent related experience
Ability to work in high power RF transmitter facilities safely
