As a People Analytics Advanced Analyst, you deliver macro-level analytics by sourcing, cleaning and modelling HR and workforce data, partnering with stakeholders to set objectives, operationalising models and pipelines, and producing Power BI/Tableau dashboards that provide insights on the current HR experience within the Group and its Business Units.
