  • This role is critical for achieving and maintaining quality and engineering response-time goals across Synergy Operations, ensuring active engagement with governance teams to drive continuous improvement and sustain operational excellence.
  • The Product Engineer is accountable for maintaining First Pass Yield (FPY) above goal and developing corrective action plans, as well as achieving and maintaining metrics for L3 issues and requests, ensuring timely resolution of escalated engineering problems.
